Genellikle 1-3 iş günü içerisinde kargo kuryesine teslim edilir. Saat 16:00'dan sonra verilen siparişler ertesi gün kargoya verilir.

Mobilya gibi sipariş sonrası üretilebilecek ürünlerde teslimat süresi daha uzun olabilir. Acil siparişleriniz için sipariş vermeden önce instagram üzerinden bize ulaşarak bilgi alabilirsiniz.

Kargo paketinizde ezilme veya hasar fark ederseniz, paketi açmadan önce fotoğraf/video çekip bizimle paylaşmanızı rica ederiz. Bu adım, taşıma sırasında oluşabilecek herhangi bir hasarın tespiti ve kargo şirketiyle sürecin sorunsuz yönetilmesi açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.
