The coffee features delicate floral notes like orange blossom and early grey tea, balanced by vibrant mandarin acidity and a soft, sweet vanilla finish. Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia is a third-generation coffee producer at Finca Monteblanco. His grandfather began growing coffee on this land several decades ago, and today Rodrigo works to preserve both the farm's natural diversity and productivity. Finca Monteblanco is located near Cueva de los Guácharos, one of Colombia's 59 protected parks. Additionally, the Suaza River flows close to the farm, providing clean water for irrigation and processing.

Rodrigo chose the Geisha variety for this lot due to its superior cup quality. This quality is meticulously maintained throughout the entire process, from harvest to final production. The coffee cherries are harvested by selective hand-picking. The cherries are first floated and visually sorted; unripe or damaged cherries are eliminated. Only the best cherries are removed from their skins and fermented. After fermentation, the parchment coffee is washed with clean water and dried on parabolic beds. Throughout the drying process, the parchment is turned frequently to ensure even drying. The drying process typically takes 20 to 25 days.

It is usually delivered to the cargo courier within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
