USE INSTRUCTIONS
You can use the lavender eye patch whenever you need relief.
General Use:
Lie on your back, close your eyes, and place the eye patch over your eyes to relax.
Heat Compress:
Place your eye patch on your heater for 10 minutes. This can help you relax before bed or after yoga.
Cold Compress:
Place your eye patch in a linen pouch and chill it in the refrigerator. Use it when you need to cool down or to reduce puffiness around your eyes.
Migraine and Headache:
Use the lavender eye patch for relief from migraines and headaches.
Yoga and Meditation:
Helps you focus on your body and breath during yoga practices—especially in Shavasana pose—or meditation.
Sleep Support:

CARE GUIDE
You can wash the outer cover of the lavender eye patch at 30°C. It is recommended that the inner lavender filling not be washed. You can ensure long-lasting use by storing your eye patch in a cool, dry environment.
For a more intense lavender scent, gently squeeze your eye patch to release the aroma. You can also freshen the scent and enhance its aromatherapy effect by adding a few drops of lavender oil to the inside.
