Clockwise is a rug that symbolizes the cycle of the day and the silent flow of time. The rectangular forms on it were inspired by the changing shadows of objects hit by sunlight throughout the day. This layout, which resembles a Morse code, does not carry a specific message; it emphasizes the rhythm of time, the trace of each moment and the existence of 24 hours on a single plane. This simple yet meaningful design on a white background is a visual diary of life shaped by light and shadow.

This rug was designed by us and made with recycled textile yarns. Since it is machine-made, it is a little tighter than hand-woven rugs, so you can use it double-sided indoors or outdoors and wash it in your washing machine.

Recycled Machine Rug Care Instructions

Our double-sided recycled machine rugs are made from recycled cotton fibers. These rugs are more durable and washable.

Vacuuming:
Vacuum both sides regularly to remove dirt and preserve the appearance of the rug.

Change the edges from time to time to ensure the longevity of the rug.

Clean Up:
Treat spills immediately with a clean, white cloth and avoid rubbing as this can spread the stain and damage the fibres.

You can use a mild detergent and water mixture for spot cleaning, but please avoid harsh chemicals.

You can machine wash your rug on a gentle cycle.

Sunlight:
Protect your rug from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Padding:
You can use a quality rug pad to prevent slipping. Pads also help to maintain the shape of the rug and provide extra cushioning.

Storage:
If you want to store your rug, clean it thoroughly and roll it up in a sheet. You can fold your rugs, but this can cause fold marks.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

General Tips
Heavy Furniture:
Place furniture pads under heavy items to prevent the rug fibres from being crushed.

Move furniture occasionally to prevent permanent indentations.

Pet Protection:
Keep pets’ nails trimmed to prevent snagging of fibers.

Clean up pet accidents immediately to prevent staining and odor.

Regular Inspection: Check periodically for signs of wear, damage, or pest activity.

It is usually delivered to the cargo courier within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
