Mulled Wine Spice Mix

75 gr.

Ingredients: Dried apple, dried orange, dried lemon, rose hip, clove, cinnamon stick, cardamom.

Preparation of:

We add 1 and a half glasses of water, half a lemon and 1 glass of orange juice into a pot. Add the Gourmet Ladies mulled wine mixture and mix. You can add 3 tablespoons of sugar if desired. After boiling the entire mixture, we add the wine and turn off the heat before it reaches the boiling point. Optionally, we strain the entire mixture into a jug using the Gourmet Ladies straining bladder.
