USAGE GUIDE
You can use the lavender abdominal pillow whenever you need relief.

General Use: Lie in a comfortable position, place the abdominal pillow on your abdomen, and relax.
Hot Compress: Warm the pillow by placing it on your heater for 10 minutes, then use it for menstrual cramps, stomach discomfort, or muscle relaxation.
Cold Compress: Place the pillow in its cotton pouch and chill it in the refrigerator. Use it as a cold compress when you need to cool down or to relieve muscle aches.
Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Use the abdominal pillow to relax and relax your body through deep breathing.

CARE GUIDE
You can wash the outer cover of your lavender belly pillow at 30°C. It's recommended not to wash the inner lavender pillow. Store your belly pillow in a cool, dry place to ensure long-lasting use. For a stronger lavender scent, you can release the aroma by spraying the pillow a few times. You can also freshen the scent and enhance the aromatherapy effect by adding a few drops of lavender oil to the inside of the pillow.
